Hello! I would like to introduce myself…my name is Trisha Griffith. I am 40 yrs old and I am married with 4 children. I have a strong gymnastics and dance background. I was involved in dance from the age of 7 till I was 12 yrs. old. I also was a competitive gymnast for years until I was injured and could not return to dance or gymnastics. They were both a huge part of my life that I could not just give up. I have coached gymnastics for 15+ yrs. now. I strive to bring out the best in each and every one of my gymnasts, and I cant wait to do the same at The Dance Authority. I am very excited to become a part of this studio and bring what I love to these dancers.
